We are absolutely thrilled with the beautiful outdoor living environment that Crites Custom Pools created for us. They took a vision we have had for many years and turned it into a stunning reality. Our pool, originally installed in 1999, was in desperate need of an update, and we had been dreaming of adding a patio cover for years. This was a major project that included building the new patio cover, redesigning and resurfacing the patio, resurfacing the pool, and installing all new equipment. Crites Custom Pools expertly handled it all. We were very impressed with how they managed the project in phases. Throughout each stage of construction, Donna and her team were exceptional. Donna was always responsive, patiently answering every question and addressing any concerns we had along the way. Her constant communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The result is a backyard living area and pool that we are all incredibly happy with. We wholeheartedly recommend Crites Custom Pools for any pool or patio project, big or small.

This was our first pool remodel and we were suffering effects of the 2 Snow/ice storms since Covid. We had the privilege to chose with Crites Custom!!! and we were so lucky. Some of the things that Crites Custom did for us: * Identify what needs to be change and what can be used so our cost stays in budget. * Walked along with us at least 4 or 5 times to Tile Store. * Gave back credit for work we did not do but had signed for in contract. They helped facilitate us to change material midway in the project because overall look would have been compromised if we went with initial design chosen!! This was such a big PLUS for us. Donna was a pro at helping us what we need best at the nick of time. * Did daily and weekly checks for contract work. All her contractors are good craftsman and tradesman. Very reliable and knowledgable. * Stayed late at night to troubleshoot issues and bring her contractor friends to help us mitigate problems. Donna goes above and beyond to make things right the way we want!! * Recommended a wonderful automated system which we were not thinking for as staying in budget which eventually helped us save time and money(automated system). * We LOVE our pool and our kids enjoy it the most. * Overall we will recommend Crites Custom Pools any day, as they have good heart and mind in this business!! Plus it’s a family so they have each other back!!!

We have had our pool and spa for a couple of years now and have enjoyed it more than we could have imagined. Donna and her team handled our requests (some unreasonable) with professionalism and willingness to create our oasis just how we wanted it. With a project this size there will always be hurdles to address and overcome; whether it is a product logistic issue, an ahha moment where we shifted our intital preference or unavoidable weather delays, I can honestly say this team did everyting within their power to accomodate with updates provided regularly.
